Arkona

Black metal
Black metal

Arkona is a Black metal act. Their sound grew out of Devilish Impressions and Sirenia. Those roots explain a lot about how Arkona arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Black Messiah, Kroda, Percival Schuttenbach, Windir and Mgła, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Altogether the chart holds 8 connections around Arkona, reaching back through Devilish Impressions. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
