Blanco

Hip hop
Hip hopTrap

Blanco is a Hip hop and Trap act. Their sound grew out of Mahmood, Thasup, Nyusha, Lucio Battisti and Lucio Dalla. Those roots explain a lot about how Blanco arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Achille Lauro, Marracash, Coez, Nayt and Guè, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Noemi, Giorgia and Nipsey Hussle, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 25 connections around Blanco, reaching back through Mahmood and forward to Noemi. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
