Carlprit is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of ItaloBrothers and Manian. Those roots explain a lot about how Carlprit arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Flo Rida, will.i.am, Soprano, Evil Ebenezer and B.o.B, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Darius & Finlay, Shaun Baker, R.I.O., Whigfield and ItaloBrothers, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 35 connections around Carlprit, reaching back through ItaloBrothers and forward to Darius & Finlay. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
