Donovan Woods

Donovan Woods is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Katie Pruitt and Ralph. Those roots explain a lot about how Donovan Woods arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Noah Gundersen, William Fitzsimmons, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Beta Radio and Roo Panes, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Katie Pruitt, Rhys Lewis, Ashley Monroe, Matt Nathanson and Tim McGraw, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 27 connections around Donovan Woods, reaching back through Katie Pruitt and forward to Katie Pruitt.
