They run in the same orbit as Guus Meeuwis, De Dijk, Racoon, Het Goede Doel and Gerard Joling, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Ali B, Andrea Bocelli, Lucie Silvas, Guus Meeuwis and Adele, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 23 connections around Marco Borsato, reaching back through Billy Vera and forward to Ali B.
