Pictureplane

Pictureplane is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Alice Glass and Zach Condon. Those roots explain a lot about how Pictureplane arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Salem, SASSY 009, Snow Strippers, IC3PEAK and Portwave, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Sole, Doseone, Noah23, Antwon and Health, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 17 connections around Pictureplane, reaching back through Alice Glass and forward to Sole. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
