Background
"The Ketchup Song (Aserejé)" is a song by Spanish pop group Las Ketchup, released as the lead single from their debut studio album, Hijas del Tomate (2002). The song is about a young man who enters a nightclub while singing and dancing. In addition to the original Spanish version, the song exists in a form with Spanglish verses, although the nonsensical chorus is identical in both versions.
