Producing work since around 2005, Cookin' Soul has developed a strong presence in the mixtape circuit in the US, according to El País.

Grits is an American Christian hip hop group from Nashville. Their name is an acronym, which stands for "Grammatical Revolution In the Spirit". GRITS is made up of Stacey "Coffee" Jones and Teron "Bonafide" Carter, both of whom were DC Talk dancers.

SOB X RBE is an American hip hop group founded in 2016. The group consisted of Slimmy B, Yhung T.O., DaBoii, and Lul G. The group met as teenagers in the Bay Area of California, with influence from West Coast figures in the area's hip hop scene.
