Golec uOrkiestra is a Polish folk-rock group, founded in 1998 in the southern village of Milówka near Żywiec by twin brothers Paweł and Łukasz Golec, after whom it is named. At its inception, the group consisted of eight musicians. The band performed mostly during holidays but also in local clubs. In 1999, two more musicians were added, and in March of that year, the first album was recorded in a studio in Bielsko-Biała. In the following years, Golec uOrkiestra recorded several more albums, becoming one of the most popular folk-rock bands in the country. In an address given on June 15, 2001, at Warsaw University, president George W. Bush referenced one of the group's songs, "Sciernisco" saying "Today's own Poland's orchestra called Golec's, is telling the world, "On that wheatfield, I'm gonna build my San Francisco; over that molehill, I'm gonna build my bank."

Elektryczne Gitary is a Polish rock band formed in 1989 by Rafał Kwaśniewski, Piotr Łojek, and Kuba Sienkiewicz. Their primary goal is to perform original songs with a rock sound, with most of the band's repertoire written by Sienkiewicz. The band's logo, featuring an "electric cat", was designed by artist Jarosław Koziara.

His solo releases also gained nominations for Album of the Year, while the song “O sobie samym” was nominated for Song of the Year in 1995. The most successful year was 2002, when he won 6 awards individually and with his band.

Kombii is a Polish pop rock band created in 2003 by three former members of the group Kombi.

Czerwone Gitary is one of the most popular rock bands in the history of Polish popular music. The band formed in 1965 and achieved its greatest success from 1965 to 1970. Often considered the Polish equivalent of the Beatles, many of their hits are now classics in Poland. The group toured extensively outside Poland but had mostly disappeared from the Polish scene by the 1980s. The band reformed in the 1990s. They were known as Rote Gitarren on the East German Amiga recordings.

Lombard is a Polish pop-rock band founded in 1981. The bandleader is Grzegorz Stróżniak – composer, arranger, and vocalist who also plays the keyboards. For over 35 years, he has given the band its original pop-rock character, combining expressive guitar sound with a full range of keyboards and electronics. In the first decade of its activity, Lombard cooperated with many instrumentalists and two vocalists: Wanda Kwietniewska and Małgorzata Ostrowska, who then decided to pursue their solo career. In 1999, Marta Cugier became the band’s lead singer. Over the years, Lombard has featured various line-ups, but the longest-standing members include Marta Cugier – vocal, Grzegorz Stróżniak – leader, vocal, keyboards, Daniel Patalas – guitar, Michał Kwapisz – bass, and Mirosław Kamiński – drums. The band has published several albums and still surprises its fans with a variety of its musical faces. The band boasts a number of well-known and well-liked hits, including the legendary “Przeżyj to sam” and “Szklana pogoda”, as well as the latest “Deja'vu – to już było” and “Musical”. In the 1980s, the band collaborated with external lyricists: Jacek Skubikowski, Marek Dutkiewicz, and Andrzej Sobczak. At present, the lyrics for the band are written by vocalist Marta Cugier. LOMBARD has played several thousand concerts in Poland and for Poles around the world.
