Laxmikant–Pyarelal were an Indian composer duo, consisting of Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar (1937–1998) and Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma. In their career span, stretching from 1963 to 1998, they composed music for about 750 movies, working with several prominent film-makers.

Sachin Dev Burman was an Indian music director and singer. He was a member of the Tripura royal family. He started his career with Bengali films in 1937. He later began composing for Hindi movies and became one of the most successful and influential Indian film music composers. Burman composed the soundtracks for over 100 movies, including Bengali films and Hindi.

Vinod Rathod is an Indian playback singer and dubbing voice actor who primarily sings in Hindi language films. Rathod is the son of late classical musician, Pandit Chaturbhuj Rathod. Omkar Prasad Nayyar was an Indian film music composer, singer-songwriter, music producer, and musician. He is considered as one of the most rhythmic and melodious music directors of the Indian cinema. He won Filmfare Award for Best Music Director for Naya Daur in 1958. Nayyar worked extensively with singers Geeta Dutt, Asha Bhosle and Mohammed Rafi. He also worked with Kishore Kumar in the films like Baap Re Baap (1955) and Raagini (1958), which was one of Kumar hits in the characteristic "O. P. style".

Vijay Shah, popularly known as Viju Shah, is an Indian composer in the Hindi film industry. He is the son of Kalyanji Virji Shah, one-half of the composer duo Kalyanji–Anandji.

Madanamohana is an epithet of the Hindu deity Krishna. It translates as, "he whose charm (mohana) bewilders even the god of love (madana)". The epithet describes the powerful nature of the attraction for the deity from his devotees, exemplified by the legend of the rasalila, where the gopis (cowherdesses) of the region Vraja abandon all their obligations to answer the call of Krishna. The epithet is also identified with the form of the deity worshipped by Sanatana Goswami of the Gaudiya tradition at Vrindavan.

Usha Mangeshkar is an Indian singer who has recorded many Marathi, Manipuri, Hindi, Bengali, Kannada, Nepali, Bhojpuri, Gujarati, Odia and Assamese songs. She is the youngest among four Mangeshkar sisters, after Lata Mangeshkar, Meena Khadikar and Asha Bhosle as well as only elder from brother Hridaynath Mangeshkar. In 2025, she received Filmfare Marathi Lifetime Achievement Award for her contribution to Marathi cinema.

Shantanu Moitra is an Indian pianist, score composer and musician who has composed songs for the Hindi film industry, and is most known for his scores in the films Parineeta (2005), Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi (2005), Lage Raho Munnabhai (2006) and 3 Idiots (2009), and private albums, Mann ke Manjeere and Ab ke Saawan sung by Shubha Mudgal. In 2014, he received the National Film Award for Best Music Direction for Na Bangaaru Talli.

Babul Supriya Baral is an Indian playback singer, live performer, television host, actor and politician who currently serves as Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha from West Bengal. He previously served as Cabinet Minister of Information Technology and Electronics of the Government of West Bengal from 2024 till 2026. He was elected Member of Parliament from Asansol in the 16th and 17th Lok Sabha and also served as the Minister of State for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, in the Union Council of Ministers. He officially resigned as MP on 19 October 2021 and was elected as a Member of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly on 16 April 2022 from Ballygunge Assembly seat.

Kalyanji–Anandji were an Indian composer duo, consisting of Kalyanji Virji Shah and his brother Anandji Virji Shah. In a career spanning over forty years, they composed music for about 250 films, working with many well-known filmmakers and singers.

Jaspinder Narula is an Indian singer of playback, classical and Sufi music. She is known for her work in Hindi and Punjabi cinema. She shot to fame after the duet "Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha" with Remo Fernandes from the 1998 film Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha for which she won the 1999 Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer. The other notable films she has sung in include Mission Kashmir, Mohabbatein, Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani and Bunty Aur Babli. She is also a singer of Sufi music, as well as Gurbani and other Sikh religious music. She has sung in a Hindi Music video "Maula Ali Ali" with Mudasir Ali. In 2008, she won the title of India's Best Live Performer in the NDTV Imagine singing reality series, Dhoom Macha De (2008).

Monty Sharma is a music composer from India scoring music for Bollywood. He is popular for being the background music composer for Black (2005), Ram-Leela (2013) and music director for Saawariya (2007). He is cousin of composer Mithoon and nephew of music composer Pyarelal Sharma of music composer duo Laxmikant–Pyarelal.

Anwar Sardar "Anu" Malik is an Indian music composer, singer, music arranger and score composer. He is the recipient of a National Film Award and three Filmfare Awards, who primarily composes music for the Hindi film industry. He is the son of Sardar Malik, a film composer active from the 1950s to the 1970s, and is noted for his melodious and classical-based compositions.

Sukriti Kakar is an Indian singer born in New Delhi. Kakar rose to prominence after recording title song from the film Boss composed by Meet Bros which featured Yo Yo Honey Singh. Since then she has sung many songs most notably, "Kar Gayi Chull" from Kapoor & Sons which became a huge hit.
