The Knocks is an American electronic music duo consisting of Ben "B-Roc" Ruttner and James "JPatt" Patterson. They have released 4 full-length albums and 5 EPs on record labels Big Beat Records, Neon Gold, Atlantic Records, and their labels Black Clay HeavyRoc Music. They are known for their singles "Classic" ft. Powers, "Ride or Die" ft. Foster the People, and "Bodies" ft. MUNA; along with their collaborations with Sofi Tukker, Purple Disco Machine ("Fireworks"), and ODESZA ; and their remixes. They have been nominated for 2 GRAMMYS for Best Dance/Electronic Album Of The Year for their writing/production feature on the song "Love Letter" and for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical.

Grace Kathleen Elizabeth Shaw, known professionally as Mallrat, is an Australian musician, singer, and rapper from Brisbane. Mallrat has released three EPs: Uninvited (2016), In the Sky (2018) and Driving Music (2019). She also released her full-length debut studio album titled Butterfly Blue (2022), followed by her ARIA charting sophomore album Light hit my face like a straight right (2025). In 2019, her tracks "Groceries" and "UFO" placed at number 7 and 70, respectively, in the 2018 Triple J Hottest 100, in 2020, "Charlie" and "Nobody's Home" placed at number 3 and 59, respectively, in the 2019 Triple J Hottest 100 and in 2021, "Rockstar" placed 13 in the 2020 Triple J Hottest 100.

Tove Anna Linnéa Östman Styrke is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She gained popularity as a contestant on Swedish Idol 2009, finishing in third place. After the show, she started a solo career in electropop. She signed with RCA Records to release her self-titled debut album (2010), which led New York Post to included Styrke in its "10 Artists to Know in 2011" list. Her second album, Kiddo (2015), peaked at number 14 on the Sverigetopplistan chart, and her third album, Sway (2018), peaked at number 11. Her 2017 single, "Say My Name," was included in Rolling Stone's 100 best songs of the decade.

El mal querer is the second studio album by Spanish singer and songwriter Rosalía. It was released on 2 November 2018 by Columbia Records. The album was written by Rosalía and co-produced with El Guincho on an initial low budget as an independent artist. Presented as experimental and conceptual; a "romantic document that seamlessly links flamenco's characteristic melodrama to the storytelling of modern, woman-flexing R&B", the album follows the anonymous 13th-century Occitan novel Flamenca. It served as the singer's baccalaureate project upon her graduation from Catalonia College of Music with honors.
