Aria

Heavy metal

Aria is a Heavy metal act. Their sound grew out of Roy Z, Golden Earring and Iron Maiden. Those roots explain a lot about how Aria arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Loudness, Virgin Steele, 聖飢魔II, W.A.S.P. and Manowar, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Master, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 14 connections around Aria, reaching back through Roy Z and forward to Master. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
