Baby Ranks is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Notch and The Noise. Those roots explain a lot about how Baby Ranks arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Angel Doze, Yaga y Mackie, Cheka, Divino and Jadiel, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Divino, Daddy Yankee, Wisin y Yandel, Angel Lopez and Alexis y Fido, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 33 connections around Baby Ranks, reaching back through Notch and forward to Divino. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
