It Dies Today

It Dies Today is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Kittie and Silverstein. Those roots explain a lot about how It Dies Today arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as I Killed the Prom Queen, Still Remains, Bleeding Through, Eighteen Visions and Evergreen Terrace, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into As I Lay Dying, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 14 connections around It Dies Today, reaching back through Kittie and forward to As I Lay Dying. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
