Eighteen Visions

Eighteen Visions is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Metallica, Def Leppard, Marilyn Manson and Coalesce. Those roots explain a lot about how Eighteen Visions arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Bleeding Through, It Dies Today, Disembodied, Throwdown and Vision of Disorder, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Motionless in White, Poison the Well, Throwdown, Bleeding Through and HIM, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 31 connections around Eighteen Visions, reaching back through Metallica and forward to Motionless in White. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
