OOMPH! is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Smalltown Boy, Die Fantastischen Vier, Noise Records and Joachim Witt. Those roots explain a lot about how OOMPH! arrange songs and choose their tones. Their influence carried into Rammstein, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 13 connections around OOMPH!, reaching back through Smalltown Boy and forward to Rammstein. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
