Rvssian is a Dancehall and Reggaeton act. Their sound grew out of Mavo, Juice Wrld, Shenseea, Shatta Wale and Konshens. Those roots explain a lot about how Rvssian arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Omar Courtz, Brytiago, Rauw Alejandro, Bryant Myers and Tainy, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Konshens, Blak Ryno, Merital Family, Chan Dizzy and Charly Black, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 35 connections around Rvssian, reaching back through Mavo and forward to Konshens.
