Cocoon is a French pop-folk band from Clermont-Ferrand (France) that sings in English. It was created in 2006 by Mark Daumail, alongside Morgane Imbeaud. They released the albums My Friends all Died in a Plane Crash in 2007 and Where the Oceans End in 2010, which were defined by dual lead vocals from both, and by its coupling of mostly upbeat-sounding music and very dark lyrics.

The name is a tribute to Olympique de Marseille Uruguayan football player Enzo Francescoli. In 2009, Hocine began working with musician Julia Minkin, with whom he co-wrote songs, and drummer Mathieu Chrétien, who plays drums in live shows.

The Dø was a Finnish-French indie pop band founded in Paris in 2005. The band is composed of Olivia Merilahti and Dan Levy (multi-instrumentalist).
