Montell Du'Sean Jordan is an American R&B singer, songwriter, and producer. Best known for his 1995 single "This Is How We Do It", and "Get It On Tonite", Jordan was the primary male solo artist on Def Jam's Def Soul imprint until leaving the label in 2003. He is also known for his 1998 hit single "Let's Ride" featuring Master P and Silkk the Shocker.

Honeyz are a British R&B girl group currently composed of members Célena Cherry, Heavenli Abdi, and Cherry's sister Candace Cherry as a touring member. The group had five UK top-10 hits from 1998 to 2000: "Finally Found" (1998), "End of the Line" (1998), "Love of a Lifetime" (1999), "Never Let You Down" (1999) and "Won't Take It Lying Down" (2000). Their only album, Wonder No.8, was certified gold by the BPI. Honeyz formed in 1997 with the original line-up of Célena Cherry, Heavenli Abdi and Naima Belkhiati. Former Solid Harmonie member Mariama Goodman replaced Abdi from April 1999 until her departure in August 2000, with Abdi rejoining to replace her, before the group disbanded for the first time in 2003.

Melanie Janine Brown, commonly known as Mel B or Melanie B, is an English singer, television personality, and actress. She rose to prominence in the mid-1990s as a member of the pop group the Spice Girls, where she was nicknamed Scary Spice. With over 100 million records sold worldwide, the Spice Girls are the best-selling female group of all time. The group went on an indefinite hiatus in 2000, before reuniting for a greatest hits album in 2007 and two concert tours: the Return of the Spice Girls (2007–2008) and Spice World (2019).

Art of Noise were a British avant-garde and electronic group formed in early 1983 by audio engineer and record producer Gary Langan and programmer J. J. Jeczalik, along with keyboardist and arranger Anne Dudley, producer Trevor Horn, and music journalist Paul Morley. The group had international Top 20 hits with its interpretations of "Kiss", featuring Tom Jones, and the instrumental "Peter Gunn", which won a 1986 Grammy Award.
