Latin pop

Armando is a Latin pop act. Their sound grew out of Felix da Housecat. Those roots explain a lot about how Armando arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Mike Dunn, Bam Bam, Robert Armani, DJ Pierre and Green Velvet, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Ron Trent and Baby Ford, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 22 connections around Armando, reaching back through Felix da Housecat and forward to Ron Trent. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
