Coin

Coin is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of A R I Z O N A, Neon Trees and Moontower. Those roots explain a lot about how Coin arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Bad Suns, Hippo Campus, HUNNY, Dayglow and Almost Monday, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Neon Trees, Colony House, The 1975, Bad Suns and Saint Motel, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 31 connections around Coin, reaching back through A R I Z O N A and forward to Neon Trees. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
