Dean Lewis

Dean Lewis is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Noel Gallagher, The Preatures, Daniel Seavey and Oasis. Those roots explain a lot about how Dean Lewis arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as BANNERS, Zoe Wees, James Arthur, Tom Walker and Clinton Kane, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Martin Garrix and AJR, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 26 connections around Dean Lewis, reaching back through Noel Gallagher and forward to Martin Garrix. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
