Great White

Great White is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Night Ranger, Whitesnake, Judas Priest, Kiss and Dokken. Those roots explain a lot about how Great White arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Tesla, Dokken, Poison, Damn Yankees and Night Ranger, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Testament and Armored Saint, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 37 connections around Great White, reaching back through Night Ranger and forward to Testament. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
