iamamiwhoami is a Electronic and Synth-pop act. Their sound grew out of Björk. Those roots explain a lot about how iamamiwhoami arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as The Knife, Susanne Sundfør, The Golden Filter, Little Boots and Niki & the Dove, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Moby, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 16 connections around iamamiwhoami, reaching back through Björk and forward to Moby.
