Lukas Graham is a Alternative rock and Funk act. Their catalogue also touches House. Their sound grew out of Mine, Cash Cash, Brandon Beal and Walk off the Earth. Those roots explain a lot about how Lukas Graham arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Calum Scott, Rasmus Seebach, Christopher, JP Cooper and James Morrison, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Wiz Khalifa, R3hab and Ed Sheeran, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 38 connections around Lukas Graham, reaching back through Mine and forward to Wiz Khalifa.
