Tram is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Bluetile Lounge, Good Night & Good Morning, Hold Music and Ida. Those roots explain a lot about how Tram arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Tacoma Radar, Gawshock, Red House Painters, Carissa's Wierd and Mojave 3, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Piano Magic, Duster, Seam, Helvetia and Acetone, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 43 connections around Tram, reaching back through Bluetile Lounge and forward to Piano Magic. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
