Crazy Frog is a Swedish CGI-animated character and Eurodance musician created in 2003 by actor and playwright Erik Wernquist. Ylvis are a Norwegian comedy duo consisting of brothers Vegard and Bård Ylvisåker. They debuted as professional variety artists in 2000 and have appeared in several countries in variety shows, comedy concerts, television shows, radio shows and music videos. They hosted the Norwegian talk show I kveld med Ylvis (2011–2016). Their song and music video "The Fox ", written and filmed for the talk show, went viral on YouTube in September 2013. The video has over 1.2 billion views as of July 2026. They released an album called Ylvis: Volume I, a compilation of ten older singles. In 2018, the brothers released a series titled Stories from Norway, in which they collected headlining stories from Norway and presented them as short musical documentaries to address satire, fun and comedy.

Caramell was a Swedish music group, formed by singers Katia Löfgren and Malin Sundström, and producers Jorge "Vasco" Vasconcelo and Juha "Millboy" Myllylä. They are best known for their song "Caramelldansen". The group released two albums, Gott Och Blandat (1999) and Supergott (2001). Caramell broke up in 2002. Some time after Caramell had their hiatus, Jorge and Juha formed a duo as Vasco & Millboy, but the two split soon after. Sundström also went on to start a solo career as Dinah Nah. The group released Supergott Speedy Mixes in 2008.

A-Teens are a Swedish pop music group from Stockholm. The group was formed by Niklas Berg in 1998 as an ABBA tribute group called ABBA-Teens, which was later renamed A-Teens. The band members are Marie Serneholt, Amit Paul, Dhani Lennevald, and Sara Lumholdt. The group is best known for the singles "Mamma Mia" (1999), "Upside Down" (2000) and "Floorfiller" (2002), all of which were hits worldwide. The group has been particularly successful in their home country where they have amassed eleven top 10 hit singles on the Swedish charts.

Alphabeat are a Danish pop band from Silkeborg, fronted by singers Stine Bramsen and Anders Stig Gehrt Nielsen. Their single "Fascination" was a major hit in Denmark during the summer of 2006, as well as the United Kingdom in 2008. Their 2007 eponymous debut album reached number two in Denmark and was certified Platinum. Following its wide release in Europe in 2008, retitled This Is Alphabeat, it reached number ten in the UK and was certified Gold in the region. The album also contains their first number one hit in Denmark, "10.000 Nights of Thunder".

Quad City DJ's is an American hip hop group originally consisting of Jay Ski, C.C. Lemonhead, and JeLanna LaFleur who recorded the 1996 hit "C'mon N' Ride It ", a rap-remix of Barry White's 1974 "Theme from Together Brothers". They are also known for writing and performing the theme song to the 1996 live-action/animated basketball film Space Jam.
