Between 1957 and 1959, he was a member of The Del-Vikings. He performed with moderate success starting in 1961. His hits include "I Can't Break Away", "I Don't Want to Cry!" "Any Day Now", "I Keep Forgettin'", and "All Over the World".

Sean John Combs, also known professionally as Diddy, is an American former rapper, record producer, record executive, and actor. He is credited with the discovery and development of musical artists such as the Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Blige, and Usher, among others.

Vanity 6 was an American female vocal trio that gained popularity in the early 1980s. They were protégées of musician Prince. Led by singer Vanity, they are known for their song "Nasty Girl". Vanity left in 1983 and the band was reformed as Apollonia 6.
