Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota, also known simply as Patricio Rey, Los Redondos or Los Redonditos de Ricota, was a rock band formed in La Plata, Argentina. The group was active from the mid 1970s up to the early 2000s. They are known for shaping Argentine rock and their enormous fan base.

Las Pelotas ; is an Argentine rock and reggae band from Córdoba. This band was formed after the separation of Sumo, due to the death of their singer, Luca Prodan in 1987. The group currently consists of vocalist and guitarist, Germán Daffunchio, Gabriela Martínez on bass, Tomás Sussman on guitar, Sebastián Schachtel on keyboards and Gustavo Jove on drums. Their original vocalist, Alejandro Sokol, was part of the band from 1988 to 2008 as he began a solo career, cut short by his sudden death in 2009.

Illya Kuryaki and the Valderramas (IKV) is an Argentine musical duo from Buenos Aires, formed in 1991 and consisting of Dante Spinetta and Emmanuel Horvilleur. The duo split in 2001 to follow solo careers, but later performed together several times, and officially reunited in 2011. The duo took their name from a fictional character, the Soviet spy Illya Kuryakin in the hit 1960s TV show The Man from U.N.C.L.E., and the Colombian football player Carlos Valderrama. Their musical style is extremely wide-ranging, including hip-hop, rock, funk, and salsa.

Los Tipitos is a rock band formed in 1994 in the Argentine city of Mar del Plata in the Buenos Aires Province. The band is influenced by important icons of Argentinian rock as Charly García and León Gieco.
