Babylon

Heavy metal
Heavy metal

Babylon is a Heavy metal act. Their sound grew out of WOODZ, Michael Jackson, Chris Brown, BJ The Chicago Kid and Kehlani. Those roots explain a lot about how Babylon arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Lareine, X Japan, DIAURA, Lynch. and Dezert, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Paloalto, Beenzino, Zico, Dok2 and LIL BOI, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 18 connections around Babylon, reaching back through WOODZ and forward to Paloalto. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
