Gocho is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Magnate & Valentino. Those roots explain a lot about how Gocho arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Magnate Y Valentino, Franco "El Gorila", Baby Ranks, Wibal Y Alex and Yaga y Mackie, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into De la Ghetto, J Álvarez, Khriz y Angel, Don Omar and Shakira, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 32 connections around Gocho, reaching back through Magnate & Valentino and forward to De la Ghetto. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
