PARTYNEXTDOOR

PARTYNEXTDOOR is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Popcaan, ZAYN, Majid Jordan, River Tiber and Burns. Those roots explain a lot about how PARTYNEXTDOOR arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Drake, Tory Lanez, Sonder, Brent Faiyaz and Jacquees, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Plaza, Drake, Rihanna, DJ Khaled and Kanye West, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 54 connections around PARTYNEXTDOOR, reaching back through Popcaan and forward to Plaza. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
