Psychedelic rock

Twink is a Psychedelic rock act. Their sound grew out of The Deviants, The In Crowd, Tomorrow, The Birds and Deep Purple. Those roots explain a lot about how Twink arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as The Deviants, Tomorrow, Kaleidoscope, The United States of America and Syd Barrett, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Tank, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 25 connections around Twink, reaching back through The Deviants and forward to Tank. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
