Weerd Science

Weerd Science is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of MC Lars. Those roots explain a lot about how Weerd Science arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Oliver Hart, Soul Khan, DJ Hoppa, Grand Buffet and Yak Ballz, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Coheed and Cambria and The Sleeping, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 13 connections around Weerd Science, reaching back through MC Lars and forward to Coheed and Cambria. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
