She released her solo debut studio album Funky Dory in September 2003. The album reached number nine on the UK album chart and the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) awarded it with a gold certification in October 2003. Two singles, "Sweet Dreams My L.A. Ex" and "Funky Dory", were initially released from the album: "Sweet Dreams My L.A. Ex" peaked at number two in the UK and received a silver certification from the BPI.

All Saints were a British girl group formed in London in 1993. They were founded as All Saints 1.9.7.5. with members Melanie Blatt, Shaznay Lewis, and Simone Rainford. Following the show, she was signed to Syco Music and released the winner's single "Hallelujah", which became the European record holder for the most singles sold over a period of 24 hours, selling 105,000 in one day, and became the top-selling single of 2008 in the UK and the UK's Christmas 2008 number one.

Honeyz are a British R&B girl group currently composed of members Célena Cherry, Heavenli Abdi, and Cherry's sister Candace Cherry as a touring member. The group had five UK top-10 hits from 1998 to 2000: "Finally Found" (1998), "End of the Line" (1998), "Love of a Lifetime" (1999), "Never Let You Down" (1999) and "Won't Take It Lying Down" (2000). Their only album, Wonder No.8, was certified gold by the BPI. Honeyz formed in 1997 with the original line-up of Célena Cherry, Heavenli Abdi and Naima Belkhiati. Former Solid Harmonie member Mariama Goodman replaced Abdi from April 1999 until her departure in August 2000, with Abdi rejoining to replace her, before the group disbanded for the first time in 2003.

Amanda Lee Williford, known by her stage name Willa Ford, is an American interior decorator, singer, songwriter, television personality, film actress, dancer, and model. She released her debut album, Willa Was Here, in 2001. Ford also has appeared in movies such as Friday the 13th (2009), hosted several reality television shows, posed for Playboy and competed on ABC's Dancing with the Stars.
