iiO was a New York City-based dance music act composed of singer and songwriter Nadia Ali and record producer Markus Moser. The group gained prominence for its 2001 single, "Rapture", which peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart, and peaked within the top ten of the charts in the United Kingdom. Following the success of "Rapture", iiO released several singles and the studio album Poetica in 2005. The album reached number 17 on the Billboard Top Electronic Albums chart.

Ingrid Alberini, known by her stage name In-Grid, is an Italian dancer and singer-songwriter. Her 2003 club song "Tu es foutu",, charted in several European countries, Australia, Latin America and in the United States, where it reached number six on the Billboard Dance Music/Club Play Singles chart in 2004. Marea Renee Stamper, better known by her stage name The Blessed Madonna, is an American DJ, producer and musician. Mixmag named her the DJ of the year in 2016. She founded her own record label called We Still Believe.

Timucin Lam, known professionally as Jax Jones, is an English DJ and record producer. He rose to prominence in 2014 by featuring on Duke Dumont's number-one single "I Got U". He followed this with his own singles, "You Don't Know Me" featuring Raye in 2016, and "Instruction" featuring Demi Lovato and Stefflon Don in 2017. Jax's debut studio album, Snacks (Supersize) was released in 2019.

Danzel is a Belgian musician, best known for his 2004 single "Pump It Up!" which reached the top 10 across Europe, including in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Romania and Switzerland. The single also reached number 11 on the UK Singles Chart and 29 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. Other singles released have failed to achieve the same level of success.

"Tell Me Why" is a song produced by Swedish DJs Steve Angello and Axwell under the name "Supermode". The song interpolates two Bronski Beat songs from their album The Age of Consent. The music is sampled from the song "Smalltown Boy" and a majority of the lyrics are taken from it, though the lyrics for the chorus are taken from the song "Why?". The vocals are reconstructed and performed by Hal Ritson.

Sharam Tayebi, better known as Sharam, is an Iranian techno and house DJ and producer. Born in Tehran, Iran, he emigrated to Washington D.C. at the age of 14. A mainstay of the Washington underground dance music scene, he has been active both as one half of the duo Deep Dish and solo artist, producer and mixer.
