Legacy of Scarve

Soilwork is a Swedish melodic death metal band from Helsingborg. They have released twelve studio albums. Formed in late 1995 by Björn Strid and Peter Wichers, the band was originally known as Inferior Breed. In late 1996, they changed their name to Soilwork, which means "working from the ground up".

Megadeth is an American heavy metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1983 by vocalist and guitarist Dave Mustaine. Known for their technically complex guitar work and musicianship, Megadeth is one of the "big four" of American thrash metal—along with Slayer, Anthrax, and Metallica—and is credited with helping to develop and popularize the genre. Their music features intricate arrangements, fast rhythm sections, dual lead guitars, and lyrical themes such as war, conflicts, politics, religion, death, and personal relationships.

Cryptopsy is a Canadian death metal band from Montreal. Founded in 1988, the band initially consisted of drummer Mike Atkin, guitarist Steve Thibault, and vocalist Dan "Lord Worm' Greening. The band initially formed in 1988 under the name Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, releasing numerous demos before disbanding and reforming with new members Dave Galea and Flo Mounier in 1991, eventually renaming to Cryptopsy and releasing their debut album, Blasphemy Made Flesh, followed by their second album, None So Vile, which is regarded as an influential cult classic in the death metal underground. To date the band have released nine albums, two EPs, and a live album.

Gojira is a French heavy metal band from Ondres. Founded as Godzilla in 1996, the band's lineup – brothers Joe and Mario Duplantier (drums), Christian Andreu (guitar), and Jean-Michel Labadie (bass) – has been the same since the band changed its name to Gojira in 2001. Gojira has been known for its progressive and technical death metal styles and lyrics that often feature themes of spirituality, philosophy, and environmentalism. The band has gone "from the utmost obscurity during the first half of their career to widespread global recognition in the second".
