Maurizio Dami, known professionally as Alexander Robotnick, is an Italian electronic musician. He made his debut on the Italian music scene as the founding member of Avida, a dance-cabaret band featuring Daniele Trambusti and Stefano Fuochi.

Derwin Schlecker, professionally known as Gold Panda, is an English electronic music producer and songwriter. Derwin Dicker also performs house music as DJ Jenifa.

We Are Born is the fifth studio album by Australian singer-songwriter Sia. It was released on 18 June 2010 through Money Puzzle and Jive Records. The album is more upbeat album than her previous works, which she partly attributed to her relationship with JD Samson as well as her childhood influences Cyndi Lauper and Madonna. Produced by Greg Kurstin, featuring The Strokes' guitarist Nick Valensi, the album was supported by three singles: "You've Changed", "Clap Your Hands" and "Bring Night".

The Rapture is an American rock band from New York City, formed in 1998. During their first incarnation, the band consisted of Luke Jenner, Vito Roccoforte, and Gabriel Andruzzi. The classic lineup (1999–2009) added Mattie Safer playing bass and sharing lead vocal duties with Jenner. Safer and Jenner's harmonized choruses became part of the signature sound of the band, featuring on several of the band's more well known songs.

Hercules and Love Affair is a dance music project created by American DJ, singer, composer, musician and producer Andy Butler in 2004. Consisting of a rotating cast of performers and musicians, the band work within the genres of house music, disco, techno and nu-disco.

"Day 'n' Nite" is the debut single by American rapper Kid Cudi. The song was written and produced by Cudi alongside his longtime collaborator and friend, Brooklyn-based producer Dot da Genius. It was issued as Cudi's commercial debut single on February 5, 2008, but had initially been released on Cudi's MySpace page and later featured on several music blogs in November 2007.
