Bear Hands is an American post-punk and indie rock band, consisting of Dylan Rau, Val Loper (bass), and TJ Orscher (drums). Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, United States, and formed in 2006, with Ted Feldman (guitar) the band signed with Cantora Records in 2010 upon the release of its single "What a Drag".

Jean-Philip Grobler, known for his musical project St. Lucia, is a South African singer and musician based in Konstanz, Germany. He is signed to Nettwerk Records and to date has released six albums: When the Night (2013), Matter (2016), Hyperion (2018), Utopia (2022), Fata Morgana: Dawn, and Fata Morgana: Dusk.

Felix Stallings Jr., known professionally as Felix da Housecat, is an American DJ and record producer, mostly known for house music and electroclash. Felix is regarded as a member of the second wave of Chicago house.

Of the Blue Colour of the Sky is the third studio album by American rock band OK Go. It was released on January 12, 2010, on Capitol Records in the US and EMI in the UK, and re-released on the band's independent label Paracadute Records on April 1. The album was produced by Dave Fridmann and was recorded in a span of seven months at Fridmann's Tarbox Road Studios in Cassadaga, New York. The album's name, lyrics, and concept are based on The Influence of the Blue Ray of the Sunlight and of the Blue Colour of the Sky, a pseudoscientific book published in 1876. Its style was noted as a significant departure from the power pop of their earlier albums. After the band's split with EMI and Capitol, Paracadute took over the promotional campaign and all distribution responsibilities. The album received generally positive reviews from music critics upon release and debuted at number 40 on Billboard 200 chart, making it their highest-charting album in the United States.

Hugo Pierre Leclercq, better known by his stage name Madeon, is a French musician, DJ, record producer, singer and songwriter from Nantes, based in Los Angeles. He initially came to widespread public attention at age 17 through a YouTube video, "Pop Culture", where he performed a mash-up of 39 different popular songs in real-time using a Novation Launchpad. It received millions of hits in its first few days of release. Madeon has cited the Beatles and Daft Punk as his greatest musical influences.

Portugal. The Man is an American rock band from Wasilla, Alaska and based in Portland, Oregon. The group currently consists of founding member John Baldwin Gourley, joined by a group of touring musicians for live performances. Gourley and co-founding bassist Zach Carothers met and began playing music together in 2001 at Wasilla High School.
