Swedish House Mafia (SHM) are a Swedish house supergroup consisting of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso. The group officially formed in late 2008, were placed at number ten on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJ Poll 2011, and have been called "the faces of mainstream progressive house music", while being credited for "setting the tone for the EDM boom of the early 2010s, more than any other act in modern dance music". In 2012, they were ranked at number twelve on the DJ Mag Top 100 Poll. They are recognized for bringing the progressive house genre into the mainstream around 2009–2010, together with their compatriot Avicii, standardizing a sound that until recently was relegated to the underground EDM.

Tijs Michiel Verwest, known professionally as Tiësto, is a Dutch DJ and record producer. He was voted "The Greatest DJ of All Time" by Mix magazine in a 2010/2011 poll amongst fans. In 2013, he was voted by DJ Mag readers as the "best DJ of the last 20 years". He is also regarded as the "Godfather of EDM" by many sources.

Joel Thomas Zimmerman, known professionally as Deadmau5, is a Canadian electronic music producer and DJ. His musical style mostly includes progressive house and electro house genres, though he also produces and DJs other genres of electronic music, including techno under the alias Testpilot. Zimmerman mostly appears and performs with a custom helmet called the "mau5head". He has received seven Grammy Award nominations and won four Juno Awards for his songs.

Paul Mark Oakenfold, formerly known mononymously as Oakenfold, is an English record producer, remixer, and electronic music DJ. He has created over 100 remixes for over 100 artists including U2, Moby, Madonna, Britney Spears, Massive Attack, The Cure, New Order, The Rolling Stones, The Stone Roses and Michael Jackson. Oakenfold was voted the No. 1 DJ in the World twice in 1998 and 1999 by DJ Magazine.

Gareth Thomas Rhys Emery is a British trance music producer and DJ. Best known for his first three studio albums Northern Lights, Drive and 100 Reasons to Live, he is considered as one of the most influential trance artists in the first 20 years of 21st century, and has won A State of Trance Tune of the Year award three times.

Thomas Gold was an Austrian-born astrophysicist, who also held British and American citizenship. He was a professor of astronomy at Cornell University, a member of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, and a Fellow of the Royal Society (London). Gold was one of three young Cambridge scientists who in 1948 proposed the now mostly abandoned "steady state" hypothesis of the universe. Gold's work crossed boundaries of academic and scientific disciplines, into biophysics, astronomy, aerospace engineering, and geophysics.

Justin David Blau, better known by his former stage name 3lau, is an American DJ and electronic dance music producer.

DubVision is a Dutch DJ duo from The Hague consisting of brothers Victor and Stephan Leicher signed to the labels Spinnin' Records, Armada Music, STMPD RCRDS and Axtone.

Donna Lewis is a Welsh singer from Cardiff, Wales. She is best known for the 1996 pop hit single "I Love You Always Forever". Lewis teamed up with Richard Marx on the 1997 adult contemporary hit "At the Beginning" for the Anastasia soundtrack. In 1997, Lewis was nominated for the Brit Award for Best British Female Artist.

Ryan Gary Raddon, better known by his stage name Kaskade, is an American DJ, songwriter, music producer and remixer. DJ Times voted Kaskade as "America's Best DJ" in 2011 and 2013. DJ Mag named Kaskade fifty-first on its 2009 list of Top 100 DJs.

Lucas Cornelis van Scheppingen, better known under his stage name Laidback Luke, is a Filipino-born Dutch DJ and record producer. He is the founder of Mixmash Records and is widely credited as a key figure in the rise of electro house and Dutch house music in the late 2000s. He has collaborated with artists including Swedish House Mafia, Steve Aoki, David Guetta, and James Brown, and has remixed recordings by Madonna, Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj, Daft Punk, and Depeche Mode, among others.
