Enthroned is a Black metal act. Their sound grew out of Deströyer 666 and Von. Those roots explain a lot about how Enthroned arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Setherial, Dark Funeral, Gorgoroth, Watain and Azaghal, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Hecate Enthroned, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 20 connections around Enthroned, reaching back through Deströyer 666 and forward to Hecate Enthroned.
