Funky DL

Funky DL is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Nujabes, A Tribe Called Quest and J Dilla. Those roots explain a lot about how Funky DL arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Shing02, Nujabes, Kero One, Dela and Cise Star, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Altogether the chart holds 24 connections around Funky DL, reaching back through Nujabes. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
