New Medicine

New Medicine is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of The Used and Adelitas Way. Those roots explain a lot about how New Medicine arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Self Deception, My Darkest Days, Adelitas Way, Citizen Soldier and Theory of a Deadman, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Shinedown, Hollywood Undead, 10 Years, Cavo and Evanescence, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 37 connections around New Medicine, reaching back through The Used and forward to Shinedown. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
