Nothing but Thieves

Indie rock
Indie rockPsychedelic rock

Nothing but Thieves is a Indie rock and Psychedelic rock act. Their sound grew out of Muse, Sunset Sons, Don't Speak, Jeff Buckley and Foals. Those roots explain a lot about how Nothing but Thieves arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Royal Blood, Himalayas, The Amazons, Des Rocs and Muse, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into The Wrecks, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 31 connections around Nothing but Thieves, reaching back through Muse and forward to The Wrecks. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
