Subhumans

Subhumans is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of D.O.A.. Those roots explain a lot about how Subhumans arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Crass, Conflict, Reagan Youth, Aus-Rotten and Circle Jerks, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into SNFU, Overkill, Jingo de Lunch, Against All Authority and Culture Shock, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 25 connections around Subhumans, reaching back through D.O.A. and forward to SNFU.
