Ceschi is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Fat Mike. Those roots explain a lot about how Ceschi arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Astronautalis, Cecil Otter, Doomtree, Sims and Eyedea & Abilities, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into The D.O.C., Blue Sky Black Death and Fat Mike, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 30 connections around Ceschi, reaching back through Fat Mike and forward to The D.O.C..
