Chaos Chaos is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Watsky, Death Cab for Cutie, Tori Amos, PJ Harvey and Pearl Jam. They run in the same orbit as Kishi Bashi, Zella Day, Electric Guest, Meg Myers and Mates of State, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Kanye West, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 36 connections around Chaos Chaos, reaching back through Watsky and forward to Kanye West. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
