Confidence Man

Electropop
Electropop

Confidence Man is a Electropop act. Their sound grew out of Jade Thirlwall, U2 and Noel Gallagher. Those roots explain a lot about how Confidence Man arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Romy, The Blessed Madonna, Fcukers, Rose Gray and Dannii Minogue, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into CHAI, DJ Seinfeld, Tame Impala, Daniel Avery and DJ Boring, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 30 connections around Confidence Man, reaching back through Jade Thirlwall and forward to CHAI. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
