Timbiriche

Latin pop
Latin pop

Timbiriche is a Latin pop act. Their sound grew out of Benny Ibarra, Hombres G, Thalía, Fonovisa Records and Miguel Bosé. Those roots explain a lot about how Timbiriche arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Flans, Kabah, Alejandra Guzmán, Mijares and Emmanuel, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into OV7, Moderatto, RBD, Benny Ibarra and Sasha Sokol, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 42 connections around Timbiriche, reaching back through Benny Ibarra and forward to OV7. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
