They run in the same orbit as Loyle Carner, Little Simz, The Streets, Sampa the Great and Fat Dog, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Georgia, Baby Queen and Loyle Carner, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 27 connections around Kae Tempest, reaching back through Jam Baxter and forward to Georgia. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
